Kelvin Lazaro Shitindi, a seasoned Senior Lab Technologist (Assistant to Academician) at the University of Dar es Salaam since 2011, is on the brink of an exciting new chapter in his academic journey. With over a decade of dedicated service in laboratory management, quality control, and academic support, Kelvin has been a driving force behind the success of numerous scientific endeavors. Currently pursuing studies at the esteemed Water Institute in Dar es Salaam, Kelvin is set to transition into the field of Water Resource and Irrigation Engineering, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to this dynamic domain.

Kelvin’s journey is underscored by specialized training in Molecular Biology Laboratory Techniques, Risk Assessment of GMOs, and Biomedical Equipment Operation.
